Alkor Technologies offers round and square mirrors with a protected gold coating in various sizes and substrate. Protected gold is the most efficient reflective coating over the entire IR range. Protective overcoat is layered over the gold to help protect it from damage and make cleaning easier.
Silicon laser mirrors are lighter than copper mirrors and lend themselves to lightweight applications with small to medium power output. Silicon mirrors are generally coated with silver, gold and/or dielectric coatings.
These optics provide >98% average reflection from 3μm to 20 μm.
